A 10-year-old innocent boy named Sagar Lalwani, who is suffering from Thalassemia, requires blood transfusions every 15 days. His only hope for treatment is a Bone Marrow Transplant, which will be performed at C.M.C in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The estimated cost for this procedure is Rs 35 lakh, and the total expenses may reach around Rs 45 lakh.
